“I’m a licensed mental health therapist, military veteran, and military spouse who understands firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions and more.
My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and safety. I offer trauma-informed care, including EMDR therapy, while also incorporating practical skills drawn from cognitive and behavioral therapies to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are a veteran, military spouse, or civilian, therapy is a space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel empowered to do this work at your own pace—and to help you move toward healing, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.”
